NANCY ROBERTS
Nancy Roberts, Principal of NRCS, has over 35 years of hands on experience in the public policy field.
​
She began her career on the staff of Baltimore Mayor William Donald Schaefer, gaining a deep understanding of how constituent engagement shapes public decisions. She later led one of Baltimore’s oldest and largest public interest organizations, mobilizing citizens to influence policy at the local, state, and federal levels.

​Since 1988 as principal of NRCS, Roberts has been working with clients in the public and private sectors devising and implementing strategies for effective involvement in the public arena. She has developed and implemented strategies for a wide range of projects at the local, state and federal levels.

Roberts is a graduate, with honors, from Johns Hopkins University and holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has been profiled for professional accomplishments in Ladies Home Journal, Baltimore Magazine, Baltimore Business Journal, The Baltimore Sun, Warfields, and The Daily Record.
